I love this so much Amy and now I am hungry and want a burger even though it's only 10.00 am. What a wonderful story of doing what is right, because it feels like it and doing it now, not later. Brilliant!

Thank you! It's so crazy that you can wake up one morning with everything "normal" and by evening, be opening a restaurant! ha I'm glad you enjoyed the story!

I “stumbled” (I believe these kinds of stumbles are Divinely led) upon your husband’s post and found my way to yours. Thanks you for sharing your story and following your dreams with the intention of meeting a need a blessing others. I especially love how you found the deeper by product of connection and community. It encourages me to not abandon my dreams. Blessings to both you and your husband.

Oh, Amy, I so much love that story of yours and, believe me, as a French, I know exactly the magical power of food and it’s connection to love and joy!

Something close to what happened to you, though not as life changing, at least that’s what I think right now but who knows, happened to me last June: I was on my way home from my daily walk and saw a weird little bug on the path. I thought about what I could name it and within seconds I had a whole story unfolding in my head. I had to run back home and within three hours I had written my first children book! I’m currently finalizing it with illustrations but I already have propositions to come and read it in elementary schools. That wasn’t planned at all especially because I don’t feel that comfortable around kids. Lots of love.
